Our absolute specialty is couscous, made entirely by hand by my mum. Cooked traditionally over a wood-fired oven with the finest local spices, it's a dish brimming with family history and flavour.

Every visit culminates in a warm, convivial exchange. My niece and I will personally prepare traditional Sahara mint tea and sweets for you. We'll sit together, share stories of our life here in the desert, and answer any questions you may have. Join our table and feel truly like a part of our family! We comfortably host up to 10 guests, ensuring an intimate and personal experience for everyone.
